Vegetable foods in shades such as red, yellow or orange are rich in antioxidants and we have delicious proposals for cold creams with carrots, pumpkin, red pepper or melon. We will add the green touch with salads of spinach, watercress, green beans, cucumbers... with high chlorophyll and carotene content.
