Autumn in Granada is one of the favorite bets from the gastronomic point of view.

In Monachil we start with the native "straight bean" in the region. Francis, our neighbor, has been cultivating it for years, and supplies the municipality and its restaurants throughout the month of September. It is a delight to have the opportunity to try this vegetable during the season, it is fresh, crunchy and tasty. Fran and Luis, our cookers in charge of the kitchen in La Almunia, will present us their proposals with this seasonal wonderful product of the land!!

At the beginning of autumn, we will keep preserving many of the summer fruits and vegetables, such as melons, watermelons, peaches, eggplants, tomatoes, courgettes..., while offering the first apples, grapes, pomegranates, avocados, green beans, chard, cabbages...

September is an ideal month to taste the flavors of the Granada plain and its Tropical Coast, avocados, mango, tomatoes.

The autumn menu during this year in La Almunia, aims to include all the classic dishes, carpaccio, rice, timbales, ravioli, pickles, roasts, tatakis... and new proposals full of flavor and expression. We will offer you lively and joyful dishes made with hard work and passion. We will share a good wine if necessary and we will celebrate the luck of the meeting.
