Hiking routes in Sierra Nevada Natural Park, Granada. 2018.

This summer, from La Almunia del Valle, we invite our guests to join us on hiking routes to the Natural Park of Sierra Nevada. Duration will be around 3 to 3.5 hours with an easy to moderate level of difficulty. Previous hiking experience and appropriate footwear are desirable but not essential. The route will be guided by La Almunia del Valle staff.

The first route will be “Diechar loop” on July 3, 2018.

The route takes place into the heart of the Sierra Nevada and offers the visitor impressive mountain views. It is a smooth trail with gentle slopes that allows you to enjoy the beauty of the landscape.

We will inform of the itinerary and departure time at the hotel weekly. These activities are only available for our hotel guests and the group will be up to 10 people.

The purpose of this activity is to show an important part of the natural heritage of Sierra Nevada to all our guests who may be interested. We will enjoy wonderful landscapes in a natural environment where agricultural and livestock activities are combined, sometimes, with the native flora and fauna of the Sierra Nevada.

We invite you to combine the monumentality that the city of Granada offers with its natural environment, as well as its tapas and gastronomy routes along with unique and authentic places.
