Exclusive restaurant for hotel guests

La Almunia del Valle, charming Eco-Boutique hotel in Granada, has an exclusive restaurant only for hotel guests. It has two designated areas: One inside the building and one outside, in one of the lookout terraces, only open in spring and summer.

Breakfast is served at the table by our staff and offers, daily, a wide selection of fresh products. These products come, mostly, from our land, the region or areas near the hotel.

Every day you can enjoy a different selection of cooked dishes, pastries and cakes made entirely in the hotel with top-quality ingredients.

We also adapt our breakfast menu for gluten or lactose intolerances, although it is important to notify us before arrival at the establishment.

For dinner, we offer our "house menu". A traditional way of cooking using fresh, seasonal and local products that are grown with respect for the environment.

Our kitchen is based on dishes cooked by our families. Dishes are made with care and taking the time that these elaborations require. Our intention is to show our guests our tradition through an honest and well-prepared menu, Focused on the main product, we create modest proposals, a traditional cuisine, part of the Mediterranean culture.

Giving an example, one of the meat products that we use is the “Pajuna” beef. This type of breed has Designation of Origin. Free bred in Sierra Nevada, and slaughtered with respect. In addition, the altitude and climate where it is fed make its flavour unique.

Also to be mentioned, the fish come from the Andalusia coast and therefore, comply with all official quality controls.

Our house menu consists of five steps, always starting with a small appetizer from the house. You will taste our homegrown olive oil, extracted from the first cold pressing and accompanied by bread with tomato.

A new proposal is our "No fish and no meat", menu that respects nature and that we offer on Sundays nights.

It is an initiative suggested by our guests and supported by all of us. One more step towards strengthening our Sustainable Hotel proposal.

A menu without fish and without meat, composed of local products, from local producers in season that does not leave any diner indifferent. It is a proposal full of intense flavors, of products harvested with respect for the environment, rescuing flavors of yesteryear.

To enjoy dinner service in our exclusive restaurant, it is necessary to book at least 24 hours before arrival at the hotel due to our zero food waste policy.
